Update a Maintenance Contract Coverage Period

How do I update the Coverage Period for one of our Maintenance Contracts?Â

Service Management > Maintenance Contracts > Maintenance Contracts
Resolution/Fix/Answer
- Navigate to Service Management > Maintenance Contracts > Maintenance Contracts and query the Maintenance Contract
- Click on Renew/Copy Period - enter New Coverage Period - Begin and End dates
- Review the setting for the Visits - update as needed
- Click on Perform Copy
- Verify the Contract Amount:, Equipment/Locations, Billing Schedule, Preferred Technicians and Notes tabs to make sure information is correct
- Exit the window to confirm update
