User unable to log into PENTA/PENTA Web

When attempting to sign into PENTA Web or PENTA for Windows, users are getting the following error message "Username/password is not valid"

If you are using active directory username/passwords to access PENTA/PENTA Web, reset the users password on the server, and ensure the below checkbox is left unchecked. This checkbox should never be checkedÂ
