User cannot enter a work order in eTime using IE browser

Issue/Symptom/Question

User reports that he is unable to record time against a work order in eTime.

Each time he attempts to enter a work order number, he gets a message indicating "Unknown Error".

PENTA Web > eTime

Internet Explorer (IE)

Resolution/Fix/Answer

User should access eTime using Chrome. It is Penta's preferred browser.
