Resolution/Fix/Answer

The reason for the error is because the User does not have the permission to access 'Timecards-By Selected Attributes'.

This permission along with that to 'Time/Equipment/Production Units Entry' is needed, because starting from Penta 22.1 version, the 'Import Mobile' process makes use of the Timecard Interface which requires the User have access to the mentioned window.
