User is unable to view Accounts Receivable Invoices in PENTA
Issue/Symptom/Question
I added the user to the "Accounts Receivable" user group in the OnBase Config tool but they are still unable to view the invoices in PENTA for Windows.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
There are (3) options for granting a user access to viewing OnBase documents in PENTA:
1) Set up the security in PENTA and it will automatically transfer over to OnBase
2) Set up the security in OnBase Config tool and it will automatically transfer over to PENTA
- In order for the security rules to transfer over to PENTA properly, you need to shut down and restart OnBase
3) Assign the user to an existing, established security group in PENTA that also has access to the required documents.
Cause
OnBase was not restarted after security was set up in OnBase Config tool.
