User can access payroll data when they do not have access to the pay group
Issue/Symptom/Question
There appears to be an issue with pay group security where a user can see data on the Labor Distribution by Work Date and Labor & Overhead By Emp Name reports when that user does not have access to the pay group.
Applies To
All Labor and Overhead Distribution reports
Resolution/Fix/Answer
Set Option 226 to "N" to remove these amounts on the Labor and Overhead reports. You currently have this option set to Yes, to include confidential employees in the report totals.
Changing the option to "N" removes this information from the reports this user runs.
