Unable to access Client Resources

I'm unable to access Penta's Client Resources using my sign-in info.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

  1. Use the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
  2. If, for some reason, you are not able to reset your password submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Provide the email address associated with your account in your Service Desk ticket.Â
