Issue/Symptom/Question

I want to change the Rev Rec Calculation Method for Lump Sum Line Items, but it is grayed out and not active.  The value reads Earned = Billed (from System Option).

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Clicking on the down-arrow next to the calculation method currently displayed should allow you to change the revenue recognition method. 

If you are unable to update the Rev Rec method, please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

• Job ID
• User ID
• New Rev Rec method to use
