Issue/Symptom/Question

We have an employee/user that is not available to select as Foreman in TEP. We mimicked his profile to a user id that shows up as a foreman in the dropdown when creating a log.

Review Payroll > Inquiries > Employees - Query Only

Update System Management > Security > Defined Users > GROUP AUTHORIZATION 

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Update the User Id's GROUP AUTHORIZATION to include the Employee's Organization Unit in the Employee Payroll Information window. 

Cause 

The user did not have authorization set up for the employee's organizational unit.
