Unity API Error When Completing Bank Reconciliation

Why did the following error occur?
"An error occurred within the Unity API: Failed to connect. User 'XXX' does not belong to any User Groups."

Resolution/Fix/Answer
This message indicates the OnBase User doesn't have the security necessary to store and generate the Bank Reconciliation Reports. Check the following in OnBase Configuration:
The User Belongs to a User Group (Users menu > User Names & Passwords, find the User on the list)
The User Group has Access to the Document Type (Users Menu > User Groups & Rights, find the Group from above)
After assigning the User to a group with access to the Document Type or assigning the Document Type to the User Group, put the Bank Rec back 'In Progress' and complete again to generate the report.
Cause
OnBase User for the User creating the report does not have access to the Document Type for FIN-Bank Reconciliation.
