Unable to Create New User In Define Users
Issue/Symptom/Question
Unable to create or modify a user in PENTA Define Users.
Error: Unable to created OnBase user account (ORA-20123: An unhandled exception occurred)

PENTA>>System Management > Security > Define Users
Resolution/Fix/Answer
Double check that the user does not already exists in OnBase Configuration
- Log into OnBase Configuration
- Go to Users>>User Names & Passwords
- Verify OnBase User Id (Username) doesn't already exist
- If you do not have access to OnBase Configuration please contact your Internal IT Representative or log a Service Desk Ticket
If you are still receiving this error message after you verified the OnBase Username doesn't already exist in OnBase please submit a Service Desk Ticket
