Changing Databases when Connecting to Mobile Field Service

How does a mobile field service technician change databases in the mobile field service application?

Resolution/Fix/Answer
- Click the Home Button in upper left on the Work List
- Click the Change User Button
- This logs you out of MFS
- On the log in page, hit the Reset Provision link
- Enter the configuration key for the database you are connecting to (if you are not sure what the the configuration key is, please contact your internal support team, or submit a Service Desk requesting this information)
- Once the key is entered and processed, select the database (remember to pick the correct one)
- This takes you back to Log in Screen for User Id/Password Entry in the new database
