Issue/Symptom/Question

There is supposed to be a Check Signatures button on the Organizational Units window, but I don't see it.

PENTA for Windows > System Management > Security > Define Users

Module Security

PENTA for Windows > Finance & Accounting > Setup > Organization Units > Organizational Units

Resolution/Fix/Answer

1. Query the user who needs access in the Define Users window. 
2. Click on the Module Security tab.
3. In the Accounting Module update the Action "Allowed to update check signatures" to Y in the Allow column. 
   
4. Have the user log out of PENTA and log back in to see the update to the Organizational Units window. 
   

Cause 

User doesn't have module security to access the Check Signatures button.
