Resolution/Fix/Answer

Part: VX12365 correlates to the Accounts Payable layout supporting a two-part check stub.

Specs: 

In postscript units, 1/72", measuring from the bottom of the page
first stub is from 58 to 266 (0.8" to 3.7")
second stub is from 310 to 518 (4.3" to 7.2")
check starts at 540 (7.5")

There should be a perf between 3.7" and 4.3" (Pyra stock has it at 4")
There should be a perf at 7.5"
