Job numbers can be numeric or alpha-numeric.  This is set up when PENTA is installed. 

If you are interested in changing your job numbering schema from numeric to alpha-numeric or vice versa please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

• current numbering schema (numeric or alpha-numeric)
• reason for wanting to change
