Can you please change the Customer and Location on a work order.

Service Management > Work Order Information > Work Orders

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Instead of having Penta change the work order customer and location information, it is suggested to cancel the work order and set up a new one with the correct information. If this cannot be accomplished, please contact your Penta representative to complete this billable request.
