Issue/Symptom/Question
Can't delete purchase order because it says it has been received. We do not use PO Receipts.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
This purchase order was received through the MFS application. A technician picked up the purchase order on the device and said they used one part. When using the part this indicates a receipt.
