Change Request for a job is not reversing properly when making corrections

Issue/Symptom/Question

One of our jobs has an owner change request that is not reversing properly when making corrects. As you can see in the screenshot, there are more negative entries than positive.

When updating Change Request amounts, the effective dates cannot be entered for dates before the original effective date. Penta is aware of this issue and is working towards a resolution.  If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

  • Job ID
  • Change Request ID
  • Correct Change Request value
