Set up maintenance contract with the wrong OU Id, how can I change it?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Maintenance Contracts do not have a change OU window to update the OU. Either delete the Maintenance Contract and re-add with the correct OU OR log a Service Desk ticket and reference this article. Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

• Maintenance Contract Id
• OU
