Resolution/Fix/Answer

PENTA version 21.3 and lower: No, a Warehouse OU ID cannot be changed. 

PENTA version 22.1 and up: Yes a Warehouse OU ID can be updated to another OU with the same Balance Sheet (BS) OU as the current Warehouse.
