Is it possible to copy customer equipment already in PENTA from one customer location to a different customer but at the same location?
We have a building with a maintenance contract that has changed from one property manager to another. I know I will need to set up a new maintenance contract under the new property manager, however the equipment is exactly the same. Can this equipment be copied over to the new maintenance contract?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The setup Wizard in the Customer Equipment window will allow a user to add the equipment to a new customer and location code. However it will not add the new equipment to a new Maintenance Contract. The equipment will need to be add manually.
