How do I add a new year in the Pay Groups window?
Where is payroll period End Date and Check Date setup for a new calendar year?

Resolution/Fix/Answer
- Steps to add new Pay Period Dates for the new year:
- Navigate to Payroll>Setup>Pay Groups, Payroll Classes and Workers Compensation>Pay Group
- Query existing Pay Groups and navigate to the bottom blockÂ
- Click Insert and enter the next year (2018)
- A popup window will appear - Follow the prompts to setup the first period ending date and check date and close the popup
- All of the Pay Periods will default in based on the first period ending date and check date
- Revise any period ending dates or check dates that need updated (ie. holiday dates)
