Customer Equipment Setup-Wizard Capacity Error
Issue/Symptom/Question
When in setup wizard (tried 3 separate equipment classes, same results with all 3) when selecting available capacities from drop down list receive an error that says Customer Equipment Capacity "Insert Selection" is not valid. If Capacity is left to (none) the wizard will allow you to complete your entries and then a user can go back into the records and pick the capacity in the individually created equipment record with no issues.
Error:
Customer Equipment Capacity XXXX is not valid.

Adding equipment using the Setup Wizard:
Service Management > Customer Information > Customer Equipment Maintenance > Customer Equipment
Adding/Updating Capacities:
Service Management > Customer Information > Customer Equipment Maintenance > Setup > Customer Equipment Classes
Resolution/Fix/Answer
Removing the Sort # referenced in Customer Equipment Classes > Capacities will correct the error. Penta is aware of this issue and is working towards a resolution. Please log a Service Desk Ticket and reference this article to be notified of the resolution when available.
