Our UPS bill hits multiple departments/work orders/jobs. When looking up this specific work order, we saw that it is attaching the UPS invoice (which makes sense), but it is showing up 15 times. Is there a way for it to only show up once?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If the document contains multiple instances of the custom query displayed keyword such as below with 'Work Order Id', OnBase will display multiple instances of the document as multiple rows in order to depict the various work order ids.

This can only be changed by removing the multi-instanced keyword from the 'Display Columns'.
