Equipment is linked to a Crew, but when the Crew is assigned to the Activity Log in TEP, the Equipment does not default, why?

Prerequisites to default EQ to the EQ Usage section of the Activity Log from a Crew

• The Equipment is assigned to an Active Crew (Payroll > Employees > Other Employee Attributes)

• The Equipment Asset Class is set to be included on TEP (Project Management > Work Package Manager > WPM Configuration > Asset Classes Tab)

• The Equipment/Fixed Asset has a Charging by Usage entry  (Fixed Asset Management > Asset Information > Charging by Usage Tab)
