We currently have a June bank reconciliation in progress for our payroll account that we'd like to delete. How can we delete it?

PENTA for Windows > Setup > Security > Defined Users > Module Security

Resolution/Fix/Answer

A user with Penta security to allow deletion of "Complete" and/or "In Progress" bank account reconciliations can delete this bank reconciliation. Update security for the user via PENTA for Windows > Setup > Security > Defined Users > Module Security.

Navigate to PENTA Web > Accounting > Bank Reconciliations, click on the three dots to the right of the In Process or Completed bank rec and click on Delete.
