Can I default the Employee's OU Id when creating a Work Order?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Navigate to the Define Users window and query back an Employee User Id

Enter the Employee's default OU Id in the 'Default Logon OU Id' field that you want to default in the Work Order window when creating a Work Order

Navigate to the Work Order window and select File>User Preferences>Window>Default and check the 'Default Work Order OU Id to User's Default OU Id' checkbox - click Apply before closing the pop-up window

PENTA will now default the OU Id set up in the Define Users window which can be overridden if necessary when creating a new Work Order
