If you need a Docgen report trigger deleted, please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

• The name of the trigger you want deleted (provide a screenshot of the reports window where the manual report trigger is used)
   

Cause 

Report trigger was set up incorrectly or is not longer used.
