Customer Work Ticket ID not showing on Invoice

Issue/Symptom/Question

We have the Customer Work Ticket ID feature enabled for certain customers but it's not printing on their invoices. 

Applies To

Service Management > Work Order Information > Work Orders

Service Management > Invoicing > Setup > Work Order Invoice Layouts

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If you would like the "Customer Work Ticket ID" to print on Invoices, you need to add it to the Work Order Invoice Layout. 

1) Service Management > Invoicing > Setup > Work Order Invoice Layouts

2) Query the Layout # being used

3) Navigate to "Invoice Grouping" and click the "Insert" button to add a new record

4) Using the drop down menu under "Group", select "Customer Work Ticket ID"

5) Close out of the window to save your changesÂ
