I accidentally uploaded Submittals under the wrong Job. Is it possible to delete multiple records at once?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Yes, you can delete multiple records at once using the "SHIFT" or "CTRL" key on your keyboard.

"SHIFT" key allows you to select multiple records in a consecutive order. 

"CTRL" key allows you to select multiple records in a non-consecutive order.


Directions for using "SHIFT" key option:

1) Select the first record (row should be highlighted blue)

2) Hold down your "SHIFT" key 

3) Select the last record (entire list should now be highlighted blue)

4) Click "Delete" 


Directions for using "CTRL" key option:

1) Select the first record (row should be highlighted blue)

2) Hold down your "CTRL" key

3) Select the other desired records (selected records should be highlighted in blue)

4) Click "Delete"
