Issue/Symptom/Question

Can Penta clear the corrupted batches from "Image Processing."

Environment

  • Onbase
  • ICAP
  • 17.0.0.45 version of mailbox importer


Resolution/Fix/Answer

If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article. The newer version of mailbox importer may need to be installed.

Cause 

These documents that were imported and became corrupt were imported on the 17.0.0.45 version of mailbox importer which has an SCR (#296538) about documents becoming corrupted when imported with mailbox importer.
