Tried to delete user but cannot due to error:

User XXXX cannot be deleted because it is referenced in the following table(s):

WO_DISP_TECH_FLTR_USER,

WO_DISP_WO_FLTR_USER

System Management > Security > Define Users

Dispatch board technician filters

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Delete the technician filter set up by the user.

1. Open the dispatch board.
2. Right click on the one of the technician's names.
3. Choose "Filter Technician List"
   
4. Choose the filter set up by the user you are trying to delete from the drop down list.
   
5. Click Delete.

Cause 

User ID is referenced in WO_DISP_TECH_FLTR_USER and WO_DISP_WO_FLTR_USER when the user creates a filter.
