Deleting Employee Overhead Distribution Rate overrides

How do I delete individual employees from the Overhead Distribution screen's Rates by Employee tab?

System Management > System Rules > Overhead Distribution Rule Information
Payroll > Employees > Employee Payroll Information / Miscellaneous tab / OH Distr Rules button
Resolution/Fix/Answer
Once employees have been entered in the Rates by Employee tab of the OH Distribution Rules screen, you can delete ALL employee entries for a single Effective Date;
System Management > System Rules > Overhead Distribution Rule Information
- Query the OH Rule affected
- Click on the Rates by Employee tab
- Click on the Effective date field
- Click on the Delete key (X)
- Answer Yes to the 'Are you sure' question
However, if you need to remove only one employee , or a few employees out of many entries, you will need to remove them using the Employee Information screen for each employee affected.Â
Payroll > Employees > Employee Payroll Information / Miscellaneous tab / OH Distr Rules button
- Access the Employee Information screen
- Query employee affected
- Click on the OH Distr Rules button
- Click the delete X button in the command line
- answer Yes to the 'Are you sure' question.
