Project Management
Resolution/Fix/Answer
Use the Job Project/Loss & Forecast – Detail report to compare estimates, actual costs, and forecast for a job. Each job has three distinct sections:
- Estimates, actuals, and forecasts by Costcode/Cost Type.
- Estimate, forecast, and actual information on billing, labor, material, gross margin, and markup.
- Cash Planning Information – Cash received, cash disbursed, current receivables and payables, deferred (retention), and contract status (original contract, change orders, current contract, billing job-to-date, and remaining billings).
Estimates, actuals, and forecasts by Costcode/Cost Type are included as the first part of the report for the job, and all three parts of the report, as listed above, are included in the report.
