Use this report to review the financial status of a job. The report includes cost estimates, actual costs, and projected costs. In addition, you can view the current status for the contract, receivables, cash flow, and project.

Fields
Cost Type Category -Â List of Cost Type categories used on the job.
Original Estimate -Â The original cost estimate.
Approved CO’s - Amount of estimate changes for approved change orders.
Revised Estimate -Â The original cost estimate plus any approved change orders.
Period Cost -Â Actual cost incurred during the report date range.
Cost To Date - The Job’s to-date cost.
Remaining Committed -Â The amount of purchase order and subcontract commitments not yet invoiced by the vendor/subcontractor.
Project’d Cost To Complete - Forecast cost to complete.
Project’d Cost At Complete - Forecast cost at completion.
Variance - Calculated as: Revised Estimate – Project’d Cost at Complete
Contract Status box -Â This box provides the a recap of the contract amounts, including original contract, approved change orders, the revised contract amount, and the amount of any pending change orders.
Receivable Status box -Â This box provides a recap of receivables and receipts, including gross billings, retention withheld, net billing to date, amount due, and received payments.
Cash Flow Status box - This box provides a recap of disbursements and cash position, including cost to date, net payables, AP retention, cash disbursed, and the job’s overall cash position.
Project Status box -Â The box provides various information on the job as of the date you ran the report for. It includes information such as the Last Day of Work, % Complete, Estimated Gross Profit, Projected Gross Profit, % Labor Complete, and % Projected Gross Margin.
