Use the Job Detail report to manage cost on a job. The report displays Costcode level cost information, as well summary job financial information including contract, accounts receivable, cash flow, and gross margin.

Report Fields

Code - ID of the Costcode.

Type - ID of the Cost Type associated with the Costcode.

Descr - The Costcode’s description.

Job Estimate Units - The Costcode’s estimated number of units.

UOM - The unit of measure associated with the Costcode.

Job Estimate Hours - Estimated hours for the Costcode.

Unit Cost - Estimated unit cost for the Costcode.

Job Estimate Cost - Estimated cost for the Costcode.

Commitments - Total value of subcontract and purchase order commitments.

Hours - Current period’s number of hours for the Costcode, based on the report date range.

Cost - The current period’s Cost for the Costcode, based on the report date range.

Cumulative Totals Hours - Job to date hours for the Costcode.

Cumulative Totals Cost - Job to date cost incurred for the Costcode.

Cumulative Units - Job to date units for the Costcode.

Cumulative Unit Cost - Total amount of Unit Cost for the Costcode.

Projected %Cmpl/Date Set - The entered percent complete for the Costcode and the date of the percent complete.

Projected $ at Complete - The forecast cost at completion for the Costcode.

Variance - Calculated as: Job Estimate Cost – Projected $ at Complete
