Crystal Report - Job Detail by CC & CT

Use the Job Detail by Cost Code Segment and Cost Type report to manage job cost. The report includes Costcode level detail of estimates, commitments, cost, and projected costs. This report also utilizes the Costcode segments and provides subtotals for each segment that is marked to subtotal.

Report Fields

Costcode - ID of the Costcode.

Costcode Description - Description of the Costcode.

Cost Type - The Cost Type associated with the Costcode.

Revised Estimate - Calculated as: The original cost estimate + Approved estimated changes for the Costcode

Committed Total - The total purchase order and subcontract commitments for the Costcode.

Committed Invoiced - The total amount of vendor invoices posted against the committed cost.

Committed Remaining - Calculated as: Committed total – Committed invoiced

JTD Cost - The amount of the Job To Date Cost for the Costcode.

Projected Cost To Complete - The forecast cost to complete for each Costcode.

Projected Cost At Complete - The forecast cost at complete for each Costcode.

Variance - Calculated as: The revised estimate – Projected Cost At Complete
