Missing setup for CO-FML, YYYY/MM/DD, st/pr CO

Path to setup the tax: Payroll > Setup > Taxes > Payroll Tax Maintenance

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Verify the CO-FML payroll tax is completely set up in the Payroll > Setup > Taxes > Payroll Tax Maintenance. Refer to state publications for rate, limit, and general information regarding New Jersey's paid family leave insurance program. Cause 

CO-FML setup needed to be completed in the Payroll > Setup > Taxes > Payroll Tax Maintenance window. Refer to the steps above for setup.
