We are receiving an internal system error when querying this batch. When we say ok to the question the window closes so we are unable to get into the batch to see what is causing the error.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

This error indicates the employee listed in the error message is missing the pay rate that was entered in the timecard. Navigate to the Employee Information window and update the rate with the effective date of the timecard entry.

• PTI Error Log file of the error message
• Screenshot of the Error
• User ID of the user who received the error
• Batch Number
