How do I print out of Penta?

After generating the report in the Report Initiation window go to the Report Monitor, Print and View window.

In the PENTA Reports → Report Monitor, Print, and View window you will see 3 buttons.

Put the focus indicator (blue ball) on the report you want to print.

1. Pressing Print to Local Default will print the report to the users machine Windows Default printer.
2. The View... button will open the report to allow the user to preview . The user can then go to File → Print to choose an available printer.
3. Using the Print... button will use a printer configured on the linux server.  User selects the printer by assigning the appropriate printer using the list of values button on the "Printer" field.
