Resolution/Fix/Answer
Go to iPad Settings (looks like a Gear)
Find the Safari App on the left side and select it (looks like a Compass)
Scroll down to the bottom on the right side of the split and click on Clear History and Website Data
Cause
Updates to the Workbench can cause issues when viewing the Workbench in a browser. The browser stores information to improve performance. After the update of the Workbench, the stored items get confused with the new update, and the reset is needed to get everything fresh and running like new.
