It seems that when posting to work orders through the general journal interface, the MC ID is not automatically picked up by PENTA to post the transaction as covered by the MC. How can we post through the general journal interface in a way that would include the transactions as covered by the MC?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The current interface functionality excludes the maintenance contract id.  This is because the work order being charged, may not also be charging the maintenance contract. If the maintenance contract is to be charged along with the work order, then the field maint_contract_id would need to be included in the interface file.
