How do you make OnBase workflow tasks available to users of OnBase mobile or the OnBase Outlook client?

OnBase workflows are configured and available for users of OnBase client, Unity and Web clients. How do those same users interact with these workflows in the OnBase mobile and Outlook clients?

Resolution/Fix/Answer
In addition to requiring the user group have access to a workflow queue, Ad hoc workflow tasks must be enabled for mobile in order for users to see and interact with a specific workflow queue in the OnBase mobile client.
To enable workflow ad hoc tasks for mobile, check out the workflow in OnBase Studio, select the appropriate ad hoc task, and check the "Available in Outlook" and "Available for Mobile Devices" options on the Properties tab of the ad hoc task:
