How to create a user defined field?

Where can we add the Date Started and Date Completed on the Job?

System Management

User Defined Fields (UDF)

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Go to System Management > System Rules > User Defined Fields

    1. Select the area to update (job, customer, vendor, etc.)
    2. Enter the field name
    3. Enter the field type
    4. Indicate if the UDF should be required (for example: cannot close window unless entered on Jobs)
    5. Update the database with the new field
