Issue/Symptom/Question

We would like a report that identifies timeshares that have been distributed but not ran through gross to net.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

To identify labor hours that have been distributed, but not ran through gross:

  • Run the Labor Hours workbench report: Limit the report by Pay group to the Period for which gross to net was previously ran.
    Note: See this article for help adding the panel/report. 

  • Run the PR Check register for the same pay group and period

  • Compare the gross hours from both reports

  • If they match then no unprocessed hours exist

  • If they do not match reconcile each report by employee to isolate the difference.
