Meredith Vincent currently handles all things OU##, but is out of the office for a few weeks due to a family emergency, so I need access to OU##.

System Management > Security > Define Users

Resolution/Fix/Answer

1. Select the Query icon.
2. Put in the User Id:
3. Select the Query icon again to populate all the fields.
4. Group #: (Each Group #, ##, ##, ##, ##, ##, ##, ## and ##) must have OU Id: ## associated with all these Group #'s
5. Click on the scroll bar and go to the last OU Id: entry.
6. Click on Insert icon.
7. Put in the new OU Id: #. Then hit the TAB key to populate the Description field with the name of the OU Id: #
8. Scroll down to the next Group #
9. REPEAT Steps 5 - 8 until you have each OU Id: # associated with all the Group #: (#, ##, ##, ##, ##, ##, ##, ##, and ##)
