Workbench times out too quickly

Resolution/Fix/Answer

NOTE: You will need administrator privileges to the server where the workbench is installed

1.)  Logon to the server where the Workbench is installed

2.) Click the Start button and choose Control Panel     

3.) Choose Penta Configuration 1.0.0.1

4.) In the left pane, choose Configured Workbenches. This will populate the center pane with all the workbenches configured on the server.

5.) In the center pane, choose the workbench you want to increase the timeout. Then click the Modify link in the right pane

6.) Change the idle Timeout (minutes) value to the number of minutes you want the timeout to be.  Click the Change button.
 

7.) Repeat steps 4 through 6 for any other Workbenches you want to change.
