User created an RFI, and when he click the Generate Document > Otis RFI Template, this error came up. Is there anything we need to do?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The user needs to belong to a mapped User Group in OnBase/Penta that has permissions to the following Document Types in OnBase in order to generate the RFI.

• PM - RFI
• Docgen Distribution
• Docgen Logos
• Docgen Quick Part Libraries
• Xmlpub Logos and Images
• XMLPub Templates
• XMLPub Temporary Documents
