How to make Support ticket private and not send to all Service Desk Users

Please turn off the email blast to everyone in the company every time a support call is created.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

In order to ensure that all Service Desk Users are not getting notified when a ticket is created, make sure you change your Service desk ticket to private at the bottom of the ticket:


Note: If another user needs to see this ticket you will need to Share the Service Desk ticket with the user. Since this ticket is marked private the User logging the ticket will only see the ticket in their Service Desk ticket list.
