Interface Exception Error Message - 'No charge rate has been set up'
Issue/Symptom/Question
User runs the Interface Exception report and it shows "No charge rate has been set up for Asset Id."
Environment
Penta for Windows
Setup in:
Fixed Asset Management > Asset Information > Charging by Usage tab
Resolution/Fix/Answer
To correct this error, review the steps below:
Navigate to the Fixed Asset Management > Asset Information window
Query the Asset Id returning the error on the report
Click on the Charging By Usage tab
Click on the Effective Date: field and insert a new record
Add and Effective Date, Unit of Measure and Charge Per Unit rate
